Retrieval, agents, and copilots that have to run on real data platforms — warehouses, lakes, operational systems — not a clean sample set. Same access patterns, same constraints, same operators. If it cannot live there, it is still a demo.

The system is further along than the story. Docs, architecture notes, and stakeholder artifacts lag the work. Engineers and executives are not looking at the same picture. We write the layer that tells the truth: what it does, what it does not, who owns it.

Telecom, financial services, automotive, media. Large-scale data and AI that had to survive access reviews, change windows, and a Tuesday when nobody is watching. We do not name the logos. The environments are the point.

Most of this work sits under NDA, inside platforms we do not own, for companies that do not want their name on a studio site. We will not invent a portfolio to fill the gap.
What we will put here
Named engagements, with permission, when the work can be described without dressing it up. Until then, the problem shapes above are the honest record.
What we will not put here
Invented clients, borrowed logos, anonymous quotes, or metrics we cannot stand behind. A blank case-study slot is better than a fake one.
